Still entering the same data three times?
Your business runs on data. It shouldn’t run you into the ground.
A2B Sync helps trade and hospitality businesses stop repeating the same admin — so the work you do once actually goes where it needs to go.
What your day looks like now
One task. Three systems. Too many repeats.
- 1Job booked in diary
- 2Same details added to job software
- 3Same details copied into Xero
- 4Invoice missed or delayed
Lost evenings, missed invoices, half-correct records, and constant admin that drains your time.
You didn’t start a business to spend your evenings reconciling spreadsheets.
But here you are. A job gets booked: you log it in the diary, key it into your management software, and then manually copy it into Xero. The exact same information, entered three times, in three different places.
It’s not that you haven’t tried to fix it. You’ve Googled integrations, watched tutorials, maybe even paid someone to set it all up. But the systems still don’t talk to each other properly. And when something falls through the cracks — a missed invoice, an unbilled job, a client record that’s half-right in three places — you’re the one left untangling the mess.
The problem isn’t you. It’s that small business software is sold as a complete solution when really it’s just one piece. The gaps between those pieces are where your time disappears.
Practical help. No jargon. No starting over.
Two ways to work with A2B Sync — a self-serve guide you can use right now, and a one-to-one audit if you want someone to look at your specific situation.
Clean Up Your Xero
Your Xero contact list is probably messier than you realise — duplicate records, missing postcodes, names entered three different ways. This guide walks you through fixing it properly, with a companion Google Sheet that does the heavy lifting.
- Step-by-step PDF guide
- Companion Google Sheet with formulas built in
- Duplicate detection using postcode + name matching
- Contact segmentation — active, dormant, lapsed, prospect
- Quarterly maintenance checklist to keep it clean
Automation Audit
A focused 90-minute session looking at your specific systems and where the gaps are. You’ll come away with a clear picture of what’s causing the admin overload, what to fix first, and exactly how to fix it — in plain English, not tech speak.
- 90-minute working session via video call
- Review of your current systems and data flow
- Written report with prioritised recommendations
- No obligation to buy anything else afterwards
This is for you if the same admin keeps following you home.
You run a trade business — plumbing, heating, electrical, building — and your systems still don’t properly talk to each other.
You run a hospitality business — a hotel, restaurant or venue — and you’re still doing things manually that should be automatic.
You’ve been in business long enough to have tried a few things already and you’re not interested in starting over.
You’re not looking for new software. You just want what you already have to work properly.
Tell me about your setup. I’ll tell you where to start.
If you’re interested in the Automation Audit, fill in the form and tell me a bit about your business and what you’re trying to sort out. I’ll come back to you within one working day.
Not sure whether the Audit is right for you? Get in touch anyway — a quick conversation usually makes it clear.
Who’s behind A2B Sync
I’ve spent twenty years working inside trade and hospitality businesses — running marketing, managing operations, and building the systems that keep things moving.
For the past few years, I’ve focused on exactly this problem: connecting software that wasn’t designed to work together, automating the admin that eats into people’s evenings, and putting processes in place so data only needs to be entered once.
I built A2B Sync because this problem shows up everywhere — and most of the solutions are either too expensive, too technical, or built for businesses much bigger than yours.
This is practical help, built by someone who’s actually experienced the daily chaos. Nothing more complicated than that.
